About the syllabus
The train the trainer bushcraft course syllabus roughly mirrors our Bushcraft Skills course but importantly there is an extra emphasis on exploring ways in which you would deliver basic bushcraft sessions yourself. You’ll look at assessing risk and keeping a group safe along with delivering fun and engaging bushcraft skills sessions. You will also get the option to sleep in a shelter of your own construction.
Course topics include: safe use of knives and saws, firelighting, shelter building, cooking with fire, foraging, wood craft, nature watching and much more… The course includes lots of interactive sessions with our friendly and knowledgeable team.
There will be plenty of time for you to relax, practise and hone skills and proficiency in each of the topic areas, whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
