Welcome to The Wilderness Project
At The Wilderness Project, we are passionate about connecting people with the beauty and skills of the great outdoors. We offer unique countryside experiences and respected training courses designed to inspire, educate and empower people from all walks of life. Our team of experienced outdoor professionals provide a wide range of programs—from expeditions and bushcraft training to craft workshops and first aid.
We proudly partner with people of all ages and backgrounds, including schools, groups, charities, businesses, organisations and members of the public. The Wilderness Project is about inclusivity and creating a safe, welcoming environment for all to explore and develop.
Based in Llandrindod Wells, mid-Wales, we are surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, including our bushcraft camp on a 200-acre site along the River Wye and the dramatic Elan Valley. While this is our home base, we are always on the move, offering our courses and workshops across the country.
The Wilderness Project is part of the Learn Outdoors organisation. If you’d like to find out more about our work with young people and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award please take a look at www.learn-outdoors.co.uk
